Description
Launched in 2011, Impala was the first cassava beer ever produced in the world and, in December 2017, the brand introduced a maize variant also made with local ingredients. Impala is a socio-economic project that promotes national agricultural production, benefiting local communities. More than 7,500 farmers now supply the raw materials (maize and cassava) used to produce this beer. Impala. The taste of our fields!
A slightly more localised English slogan could also be:
“Impala. The taste of our farms!”
while “The taste of our fields!” is the more literal translation of “O sabor das nossas machambas!”.
