Processing Method: Natural Process, allowing the coffee cherries to dry with the fruit intact, enhancing sweetness and fruity complexity.
Altitude: Grown at elevations between 1,400–2,200 metres above sea level, contributing to a bright acidity, floral aroma, and refined flavour.
Coffee Variety: Heirloom Ethiopian Arabica, featuring traditional indigenous coffee varieties unique to Ethiopia.
Packaging: Packed in a premium matte white, stand-up pouch with a resealable zipper and one-way degassing valve to preserve freshness and aroma after roasting.
